At Machinery Projects Ltd, we offer a comprehensive range of services to do with the manufacturing industry, we specialise in project managing manufactured assemblies or parts using our contacts in the industry to give you the best turn around time, quality, design and advice on any improvements we could add to help your product or project succeed.
The main goal is take the stress away from multiple suppliers for a single assembly when we can supply the finished assembly to you with no hassle at a great price.
We also offer assembly and sub-assembly services for your current parts.
Machinery Design & Manufacture
We love working with people who want to achieve great machinery designs and using our experience in this industry with aerospace R&D work, we know how to offer full designs that will work with manufacturing drawings that will be ready to go to any machine shop or fabrication shop for repeatable production.
Process Improvement Consulting
Using our experience we can offer solutions to any process issue and happy to work with your company to make improvements from making suggestions through to designing and building a machine modification to speed up production. Problem solving is our speciality.
CNC & Maintenance Contracting
Mobile CNC programming and operation, CAD/CAM contracting. We can come to your workplace and program and even operate your CNC machines to produce parts if you need a little help and maybe short on labor or time. With a background in site maintenance we can also help with any machinery maintenance and repair.
Sheetmetal & laser cutting Supplier
We can design from scratch or improve existing part designs and have them laser cut, folded and supplied to you as parts or full assemblies. We also have a great welding partner so please let us know your needs and we most likely can be a one stop shop for your next project.
